Why Choose the Guerrilla Guides to the Law?

We started this website with the intent to put together a system whereby anyone can represent themselves in almost any case.

First we studied the competition and invested in the books published by them. We're not going to mention any names here but what we realized quickly is that in most of the other books 90% of the material/pages is/are in there just to make the book thicker so it would justify a higher price. The problem with that concept is that most people don't have the time or the inclination to wade through useless information looking for a nugget of truth.

Second, we found that a lot of the books purporting to explain things about the law were written by people who had no legal background and were not, nor had they ever been, lawyers!

So when it was time for Lawyer X to start writing our books we instructed him to write them with an eye toward only providing useful information, getting to the point quickly, and write in a way that people can understand.

We think he accomplished that goal.

Our editors and proofreaders are non-lawyers and when they hit a spot that is confusing, it gets rewritten.

In addition, by publishing these only in eBook formats we can keep the costs of business down and then pass those savings on to you.

Finally, you don't have to worry about the information being out of date or constantly having to look for an updated edition of the book. Because the Guerrilla Guides to the Law are done in these digital formats it is easy to make changes and future updates are free!

So whether you use a Kindle, a Nook, or prefer a PDF from which materials can be cut and pasted, our books are available.

We hope that you will consider The Guerrilla Guides to the Law if a legal issue arises. We always have one or two new ones in progress and are looking for new ideas so if you have a suggestion, drop us an email and let us know.

P.S. Look for The Guerrilla Guide to Small Claims Court to be available in the very near future!
