How to Represent Yourself in a Social Security Disability Case
We’ve been working on “Filing for Social Security Disability Without a Lawyer”, our newest addition to the Guerrilla Guides to the Law, for quite a while now. The reason for that is the Social Security Administration (SSA) has been releasing new forms and handling matters in slightly different ways with the advent of high speed internet and more SSA offices.
The writing on the book has been finished for a few weeks but we are now in the editing and proofreading stages. However, several people have asked us how they can get a copy now since they are applying for benefits and it is important to do things correct from the beginning, especially if you don’t plan to use a lawyer to help you.
Although we don’t usually do this with our books, we will make these available in a draft format while we are going through the final edits, and then follow up with the finalized book when it is available. The content isn’t going to change, just the formatting, perhaps some additional illustrations, and the cover art.
So, if you are in the process of applying for Social Security Disability and want a copy of “The Guerrilla Guide to Filing for Social Security Disability Without a Lawyer” in the partially edited version, please drop us a line at this email and let us know. We will respond and let you know the pricing as well as any other information you need and if you want to proceed we will forward an invoice to you for the book. It will only be available in a PDF format for this offer.
Also, if you don’t mind, please fill out the one question survey at the bottom of this post. That will help us determine how to provide information in the future.
